Okhla Sanctuary - Delhi
The Okhla barrage bird sanctuary is a haven for waterbirds in Okhla, near Delhi. The most prominent feature of the sanctuary is the large lake created by damming the river, which lies sandwiched between Okhla village towards the west and Gautam Budh Nagar towards the east

Chambal bird sanctuary
The National Chambal Sanctuary in UP Stablised in the year of 1979 is Specially gazetted under Crocodile Conservation Project, this is area where marsh crocodiles, swimming eagerly and often prying for prey, at shore while basing in the sun. Chambal Sanctuary is a division of one large region jointly managed by the governments of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Eagle, Pallid Harrier, Greater and Lesser Flamingos which are Large pink to scarlet web-footed wading birds, with down-bent bills, which inhabit brackish lakes, Darters which are Fish-eating birds, residing in warm inland waters having a long flexible necks and slender sharp-pointed bills, Bar-headed Goose, Sarus Crane and Great Thick-knee.

Bharatpur Sanctuarybirds
More than 350 bird species, Keoladeo Ghana National Park, popularly known as the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is the real kingdom of Avian fauna in Rajasthan India. This is the wildlife sanctuary who has received its national park status on 10th March 1982. UNESCO deaclared this as a World Heritage Site in December 1985. The famous Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary which is a wonder of the natural world and no less worth seeing than the marble mausoleum of the Taj. Here over 350 species of birds find refuge in the 29 sq kms of shallow lakes & wood lands of the park. A third of them are migrants many of whom spend winter in Bharatpur before returning to their breeding grounds as far away as Siberia and Central Asia. More than 20 species of ducks have been seen at Bharatpur, including Northern Pintail, Gargany, Northern Shovler and rarities such as the Falcated or Marbled Duck.

By Air : The nearest airport is situated in Agra which is 56-kms from Bharatpur.parrots
By Train : The Bharatpur railway station is 6-kms from the park and regular rail services connect Bharatpur with all the major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur and Agra.
By Road : Bharatpur is linked to all the major cities of the Rajasthan and its neighbouring states like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana via a good network of roadways. Bharatpur is also linked by road to Agra (56-kms, 5 hours), Delhi (176-kms, 5 hours) and Jaipur (176-kms, 6 hours) where all of them have airport facilities.


Ranthambore National Parkwildlife
Ranthambore national Park : It spread over 400 sq kms of dry deciduous forest. A perfect natural habitat for tigers, and is set in the Aravalli and Vindhya hills, dotted with pavilions and dominated by a hilltop fort. Ranthambore was one of the hunting preserves of the former rulers of Jaipur and because of this the Maharajas ensured the environment was preserved and the forest and their inhabitants well protected. It has a good population of tiger and their prey species, and has been declared a "Project Tiger" reserve. Wildlife includes blue bull, black buck, spotted deer or cheetal, wild boar, a large variety of bird species and, if very lucky, the rarely seen leopard.

Pushkar
Pushkar is a holy town in Ajmer district of Rajasthan. Pushkar is one of the oldest existing cities of India. Actual foundation date is known but legend associates Lord Brahma with its creation. It lies on the shore of Pushkar Lake. The date of its actual origin is not known, but legend associates Lord Brahma with its creation.
Most popular Temple of Pushkar is Brahma Temple built during the 14th century CE. Very few temples to Lord Brahma exist anywhere in the world. The Pushkar lake has 52 ghats where pilgrims descend to the lake to bathe in the sacred waters. Pushkar is also famous worlwide for its annual fair (Pushkar Camel Fair) held in November.
