DAY - 01 : Delhi

Abyss Tours Welcome you at Delhi airport and transfer to prebooked hotel for Check in, freshen up and take proper relax. Proceed to half day Delhi sightseeing in Evening including Gurudwara Sis Ganj, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib and Gurudwara Rakab Ganj. Next day early in the morning we will drive to Chandigarh. First Night dinner & night stay at hotel in Delhi.


DAY - 02 : Delhi - Chandigarh

Early in the morning after the breakfast and tea we will drive to Chandigarh ( 238 kms/05 hours), On arrival at Chandigarh, transfer to your hotel for Check-in. Relax for some time. Later we will proceed for the half day city tour of Chandigarh.
We will visit to Parivar Vichorra ( 52 kms/02 hrs ) and drive to Anandpur Sahib ( 30 kms/01 hr ) – fortress temple situated on the left bank of the river Satluj founded by the ninth Sikh guru , Guru Tegh Bahadur. Later w’ll go for Rock Garden, Rose Garden and Sukhana Lake along with International Doll Museum. Later drive back to your hotel for overnight stay. Overnight stay at Hotel.


DAY - 03 : Chandigarh - Amritsar

After hearty breakfast in morning, a short sightseeing tour of Chandigarh and after then take some rest. Afternoon drive to Amritsar ( 250 kms/06.50 hrs ) , situated on the north – western border of the country. The 400 years old city , founded by the fourth guru of the Sikhs , Guru Ramdas , has been the seat of the Sikh religion and culture from its very inception. It is renowned for the famous Golden Temple. Amritsar , literally – ‘Pool of Nectar’ , erives its name from the holy pond around the temple. The land for the pool was gifted by the Moghul Emperor Akbar. Check in at hotel on arrival. Overnight at hotel.


DAY- 04 : In Amritsar

After breakfast at Hotel proceed Golden Temple the hoiliest shrines for the Sikhs. The architecture of Golden Temple is a blend of Hindu and Muslims architecture and gives the peace of Soul. After visiting Golden temple tour visit other Gurdwara Yatra around Amritsar starting from Gurdwara Shri Tarn Taran Sahib (25 Kms from Amrisar) – is a Gurdwara established by the fifth guru, Guru Arjan Dev. It is situated in the city of Tarn Taran Sahib, It has the distinction of having the largest sarovar (Water pond) of all the gurudwaras. Also it is famous for the month gathering of pilgrims on day of Amavas (No moon night).


DAY- 05 : In Amritsar

We shall visit Khadoor Sahib (15 Kms from Tarn Taran)- on 2nd day in Amritsar, Sri Khadur Sahib was the second Guru Sri Guru Angad Dev Ji. The Guru settled here with his wife Mata Khivi and raised their three children here. Sri Guru Angad Dev Ji established his religious center here and spent the rest of his life at Khadur Sahib. Here Shri Guru Angad Dev appointed Guru Amar Das as his successor and the third Guru. A grand Gurudwara Khaddi Sahib, has been constructed here, in memory of Guru Amar Das.
In Evening proceed to Goindwal Sahib (10 Kms from Khadur Sahib), visit Gurdwara Shri Baoli Sahib – This was the first centre of Sikhism and was established by Sri Guru Amar Das Ji. The Hindus went on pilgrimage to Hardwar and Benaras but the Sikhs needed a place of their own. Understanding this, Sri Guru Amar Das Ji purchased the land and personally helped in the construction of the Gurdwara and Baoli (well) with 84 steps leading down to it. Return to hotel. Overnight stay.


DAY- 06 : Amritsar - Delhi

Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel. Rest for sometime and later we drive back to Delhi.
